Jeremy Sloan started his firm more than ten years ago with a single mission; provide the best customer service possible to his clients. Legal issues are important to clients; whether your case involves agreements, career, businesses built over a lifetime, or a personal injury; clients deserve a lawyer who understands the issues and will provide an honest assessment of their legal issues.
Jeremy obtained his BBA from Texas A&M University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University in 2007. Jeremy is admitted to practice in all 4 Federal District Courts in Texas and Licensed by The State Bar of Texas. Jeremy is a member of San Antonio Trial Lawyer's Association.
When not working, you’ll find Jeremy working around the house, chasing after his two daughters, hiking in the mountains or spending time at the lake.

From 2007 through 2020, Mrs. Erica Sloan's practice primarily consisted of representing oil and gas clients in the transactional needs associated with real property and the production of their mineral assets. From 2007 through 2020, Mrs. Erica Sloan's practice primarily consisted of representing oil and gas clients in the transactional needs associated with real property and the production of their mineral assets. Erica became Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law in 2014 through 2023. In 2020, Erica pivoted her practice to join Sloan PLLC as a litigation attorney and assist in its growth.
Erica obtained her BBA from Texas A&M University in 2004 and was a member of the Fellows Program XXI. In 2007, Erica obtained her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University and was a Scholar Minority Issue Law Review Member. Erica remains an active alumnae member of Kappa Alpha Theta in San Antonio.
When not at the office, Erica's role switches to Mom to her and Jeremy's two young daughters. The Sloan Family are supporters of Broadway in San Antonio, Tobin Arts, The San Antonio Philharmonic and the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio.

Zakia graduated from Texas A&M University - San Antonio with a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. She began working for Sloan PLLC as an Office Manager and Legal Assistant. In 2018, Zakia obtained her Paralegal Certification from The University of Texas at Austin and was invited to join their Paralegal Program's Board of Director
Zakia graduated from Texas A&M University - San Antonio with a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. She began working for Sloan PLLC as an Office Manager and Legal Assistant. In 2018, Zakia obtained her Paralegal Certification from The University of Texas at Austin and was invited to join their Paralegal Program's Board of Directors before graduation. Additionally, Zakia is a member of the Paralegal Division of the The State Bar of Texas.
In her spare time, Zakia serves as the Secretary of Children's Association for Maximum Potential's Board of Directors and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
